Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your product in its original custom packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our workshop.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
